All Air Cadets are given the opportunity to fly with Royal Air Force Pilots in Grob Tutor aircraft which is funded entirely by the RAF .
Air Experience Flying
Air Experience flying provides loose but structured training, it’s designed to teach a cadet how to fly the aircraft a little bit at a time while making the experience fun and interesting. This means that within only a few flights cadets can move onto some advanced flying, including aerobatics.
Flying Scholarship
The scheme awards 20 hours dual and 5 hours solo flying at your nearest civil flying school. Completion will see you awarded your flying scholarship badge. After that you are able to continue your instruction towards a Private Pilots Licence.
